Job description

This position is ideal for a generalist with (electro) technical affinity. You will work in a dynamic international environment and take care of our purchasing and logistics for ongoing wholesale a solar projects at home and abroad.

Independent Energy designs, supplies and installs industrial solar systems in Africa in particular since 2011. Our systems provide power in places where there is no grid, or where it regularly breaks down, often in combination with battery systems, the local grid and/or a back-up generator. Our systems make the energy supply more reliable, cleaner, quieter and often cheaper.

Independent Energy has an office and workshop in Haarlem and serves from there both the wholesale and the design and supply of solar systems. Due to constant growth, we are expanding our organisation.

We offer an informal working atmosphere in a small team. The range of tasks is broad and this will give you ample opportunity for development and you will have the chance to grow with our company.

Skills

You work in close cooperation on the handling of purchasing and sales with an eye for detail.

You keep an overview of your tasks and accurate handling, and are ready for a challenging position in an international environment.

A technical background and or experience with administrative processing in SAP is a plus for this position. Besides of course flexibility and team spirit.

Good administrative skills and good command of Dutch and English is a must. Command of a second foreign language is an advantage for this position. Affinity or experience with solar is a plus but not a must.
